Shipping Policy
Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Please note: During high-volume periods (e.g., launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be extended. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing it.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. $NP Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Carriers

We typically use USPS and FedEx. You may request a preferred carrier prior to purchase, but we reserve the right to make final shipping decisions.
Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is transferred to the carrier. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. For high-value items, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most physical products within 14 days of shipment if:

Items are in original condition, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging

The item is not marked as final sale, custom, or non-returnable
To request a return, email info@delasnp.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Original works on paper (pen, marker, or pencil)

Items marked “non-returnable” or “final sale”

Clearance or promotional items
Please ensure all fine art purchases are made intentionally and with full consideration, as they are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as you bear the risk of loss or damage during return transit.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from eligible refunds.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less original shipping and restocking fees) will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact info@delasnp.com within 7 business days of delivery. Include:

We will assess and determine eligibility for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with our Limited Warranty Policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
